What is business systems automation?
Business systems automation means connecting the tools your company already uses, such as your CRM, project management, accounting, and communication platforms, so they work together without manual effort. Instead of copying data between spreadsheets, chasing updates, or entering the same information twice, automations handle the repetitive work. The result is fewer errors, faster response times, and hours given back to your team every week.
How much does it cost to get started?
The simplest way in is a Systems Clarity Session at £595. It is a 90-minute deep dive where we map your bottlenecks and identify your top automation opportunities. If you want a full written audit and action plan, the Rapid Results Sprint is £1,500, and that fee is credited against a Systems Partnership if you decide to go ahead.
How long does a Systems Partnership take?
Most Systems Partnerships are completed within 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff. That includes CRM configuration, automation builds, tool connections, testing, and the full adoption programme where we train your team until they are using the system daily.
What if my team will not use the new system?
This is exactly why we include the adoption programme in every build. Most agencies build the system and disappear. We stay until every team member is using it. Our adoption rate is above 90% because we do not move on until it sticks.
What does the retainer include?
20 hours per month of automation and system work, bi-weekly strategy calls with your account lead, monthly ROI reporting showing what your systems saved, and priority support. Minimum 3-month commitment at £2,500 per month.
Do you work with businesses outside professional services?
Our core expertise is professional services, recruitment, and property management. These industries share similar operational patterns that our systems solve well. If your business has similar challenges, such as disconnected tools, manual admin, or team adoption issues, we are happy to have a conversation.
What CRM do you use?
We are HubSpot partners and it is our default recommendation for most businesses at this stage. But we work with whatever makes sense for your situation. If you already have a CRM that is close to working, we will fix that first before suggesting a migration.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer or using Fiverr?
A freelancer builds what you ask for. We figure out what you actually need, build it, connect it to everything else, and then make sure your team uses it. The adoption piece is what makes the difference. A system nobody uses is worse than no system at all.
Can I start with just a workshop?
Yes. The AI workshops are standalone half-day sessions starting at £29.99 per seat. Your team leaves with practical AI tools they can use immediately. We also run a three-week course with one-on-one follow-up at £499. Many workshop attendees then move into a Systems Clarity Session once they see what is possible.
